EU anti-dumping review of ethanolamine in the United States

On January 21, 2012, the European Union initiated an anti-dumping sunset review review of ethanolamine originating in the United States on the application of three EU member states, BASF AG, Ineos Europe AG, and Sasol Germany GmbH.

In 1992, the European Union initiated an anti-dumping investigation against ethanolamine originating in the United States; in 1994, the European Union made a definite final ruling on the case.
