Myanmar decides to implement export tax exemption policy on rubber

According to the official “Burma Shin Kong” report, the Myanmar government has already decided on seven types of agricultural and sideline products (rice, beans, cotton, sesame, rubber, aquatic products and seafood, and livestock products) from August 15 to February 14 next year. Export tax exemption policies are implemented to promote domestic production and increase exports. According to official statistics, from April 1st (the beginning of the financial year) to July, the total value of imports and exports in Myanmar was 5.427 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 26% compared with the same period of last year.
