Attention to timeliness in the production of aluminum profiles

On the one hand, the quality of aluminum profiles comes from the level of aluminum contained in its own raw materials. On the one hand, it comes from the technical control in its production process, but no matter what aluminum profiles, it must pay attention to an aging process, that is, every time in the production process. There is a time-sensitive control in one part.

Aging process in the production of aluminum profiles:

1. Ordinary curtain wall profiles, common door and window profiles, industrial profiles, must be in the same ageing furnace, the furnace temperature is controlled within 195 °C ± 5 °C, after the temperature is reached, the heat is kept for 3 hours, and the blower is blown for 20 minutes immediately after the furnace is discharged. Cool, the quality inspector checks the hardness.

2. Heat-insulating curtain wall profiles and insulated door and window profiles must be in the same ageing furnace. The temperature in the furnace is controlled within the range of 180 °C ± 3 °C. After reaching the temperature, the temperature is kept for 3 hours, and the fan is blown off for 20 minutes immediately after the furnace is discharged. The quality inspector tests the hardness.

3. If the aging insulation profile is not full, the 1-2 frame ordinary profile (with a wall thickness of 2.0 mm or less) can be placed in the same furnace, and the aging process is carried out according to the heat insulation profile process.

4. When the hanging material is put into the furnace, the profile end and the air guiding port are controlled within 80~100mm.

5. When the temperature in the furnace reaches the required temperature of the process, the aging worker measures the actual temperature in the furnace with a glass tube thermometer every 30 minutes, and makes the original record.

Only by strictly controlling each of the above-mentioned aging links can the performance and quality of the manufactured aluminum profile products be guaranteed.
