According to the monitoring of droughts and floods, there is a heavy drought in Zhangzhou in the west; in the west of Datong, in the eastern part of Ganzhou, in the eastern part of Zhangzhou, in the Jincheng part and in Linfen, there is a moderate drought; in most of Zhangzhou, Datong, Zhangzhou and central and southern parts have light drought; the rest are in No drought or wet state. Surface water and groundwater, optimize the allocation of drought-resistant water sources, and ensure the demand for agricultural irrigation water in winter and spring; the power sector should optimize power dispatching, ensure the use of agricultural irrigation power, and ensure normal winter pouring.
