Experiment and application

Based on the above principles, diamond tools are designed and manufactured to suit different working conditions:

1, diamond saw blade

This product adopts the preferred design scheme for the grooving and cutting process of risers, cast pipes, piston rings, etc. of cast iron parts.
The base body is annealed alloy steel plate, and the cutting edge adopts MBD12 grade 40/45 grain size diamond single crystal. In order to prevent the saw blade from being scratched during operation, the RVD70/80 diamond single crystal protective sheet is secondarily plated on both sides of the substrate.
The product was subjected to a cutting test under the following conditions:
Experimental machine: fixed cutting machine RC-16 type power: 2.2KW spindle speed: 1900r/min
Cut object: QT40-17 diameter 30mm annealing hardness HB230
Experimental method: Load: 2Kgf without cooling, cutting

The experimental data is as follows:

The application shows that the life of the product is equivalent to 50-80 times that of the resin cutting sheet of the same specification, and the operation is convenient, the safety is high, and the labor intensity is low.

2, diamond grinding tablets

This product is used in the riser cleaning of cast iron parts, the removal of flashing edges and ribs.
The base body is made of cold-rolled steel sheet and finished by press molding. The abrasive is selected from MBD8 grade 40/456.
The application shows that the life of the product is equivalent to 30-50 times of the same size resin reel type grinding wheel, and the safety is extremely high.

3, diamond drill bit

Used in core drilling operations for cast iron pipes in special cases.
The base body is made of 45 steel pipe, and the abrasive is selected from MBD8 grade 40/456.

Through reasonable design and experiment, it is proved that the cast iron material can be processed by the diamond tool with optimized technology, and the tool shows good performance.
