Using SETTOOL to observe the quiescent current of three coordinates, the system parameters and the mechanical system are adjusted in time to minimize the quiescent current of the three coordinates. More than 10m of X-direction feed is canceled by position error compensation, and only the servo system's own position adjustment is used to meet the machine acceptance accuracy requirements.
