Hastelloy C has good oxidation resistance acids such as nitric acid, mixed acids, oxidizing salts, seawater and the like. However, it is not good for the corrosion resistance of a reducing acid such as hydrochloric acid.



Titanium has better corrosion resistance than acid-resistant steel and has excellent corrosion resistance for chloride, hypochlorite and seawater. However, it is not suitable for reducing acids such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid.
