The catcher is a wedge-shaped catcher. The bearing is installed in the device, which makes the catcher easy to release and recover in length during operation, and also ensures that the catcher can be flexible when needed. It is equipped with a root spring, each spring can drive a catching device, each of which will drive the catcher in the event of abnormal operation. When the mine hoist is normally lifted, the hoisting rope moves upward through the main tie rod, and then passes through the beam of the catcher and the connecting plate connected to both sides. Due to the external force, the ends of the levers on both sides of the main tie rod are respectively inserted. In the corresponding sliding wedge, at this time, the end of the lever is at the lowest position, and it can be seen from the figure that the tension spring is subjected to the pulling force of the lever, and at this time, a gap is formed between the sliding wedge and the brake rope, that is, there is no friction. When the mine hoist descends, the main lever loses the upward movement force. At this time, since the tension spring loses the pulling force of the lever, the tension spring begins to contract, so that the insertion wedge lever is lifted at the end, and the brake When the rope generates a large friction force, the falling speed is kept uniform. As the falling height increases, the spring is restored to the original position, the friction is maximized, and the extension of the brake rope can be safely controlled. .
