Statistics show that in 2013, the output of stone plate in Xinjiang was 29.23 million square meters, accounting for 11% of the central and western regions, accounting for 5% of the country's total output, the output value reached 3.7 billion yuan, and the total value of stone exports was nearly 150 million US dollars. Stone has become one of the pillar industries of Xinjiang building materials industry.
