1 The problem is that the accuracy of gas flow measurement plays an important role in energy consumption and cost accounting in the production process of enterprises. Large-diameter gas flow metering has always been an important measurement point for metallurgy, coking, urban pipe network and other industries, and it is also a difficult point of measurement. There are four main reasons for this:
(1) The medium is dirty, and it is easy to accumulate dirt on the surface of the detecting component, thereby greatly affecting the accuracy of the measurement;
(2) The medium pressure is low, the beach speed is low, and the pressure loss measured by the process is relatively small;
(3) The medium is a mixture, and the change of the composition has a large influence on the measurement;
(4) The pipelines are mostly trunk lines, and the installation and maintenance of the instruments cannot affect normal production.
The ideal gas metering system should have the functions of gas installation and maintenance, online cleaning, wide measuring range, reliable measurement accuracy, compliance with relevant standards, data storage, supervision and management, and network communication. Measurement engineering and technical personnel have done a lot of work in this area, including the use of new, stain-resistant, online disassembly and cleaning equipment at some inspection points, and achieved certain results. Recently, we used the product tube-type flowmeter of Beijing Bosida Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. on the coke oven gas pipeline of the 3# mixing station of the gas plant, and conducted performance test experiments. The measurement data is accurate and reliable.
2 Flow measurement principle FJP test tube flowmeter is an advanced instrument specially designed for large-diameter gas flow measurement according to ISO3966 "Measurement of fluid flow in closed pipeline - speed area method using Pitot static pressure tube". The flowmeter consists of a FJPE type measuring tube and a FJPC type measuring tube flow computer. A test tube is a component that detects the flow rate installed in a pipe. It converts the fluid flow rate at a point in the pipe into a corresponding differential pressure signal and transmits it to the FC2000 flow computer. The total pressure of the fluid is measured by the measuring hole on the upstream side of the FJP measuring probe, and the static pressure of the fluid is measured by the measuring hole on the back side of the measuring head. The flow computer receives the differential pressure signal of the measuring tube, calculates the flow rate of the point according to the probe coefficient of the calibrated flow rate measuring tube (using a nonlinear compensation method), and then calculates the flow rate according to international standards.
3 System functions and characteristics 3.1 Features (1) It has wide measuring range, small pressure loss, continuous gas installation and maintenance, unsuitable fouling, and on-line cleaning.
(2) Suitable for flow measurement of fouling, low pressure, low flow rate large diameter gas media.
3.2 The function system of the system has perfect measurement and supervision functions:
(1) Recording the time when the meter is powered off;
(2) Record all changes to the meter settings;
(3) It is possible to check the cumulative start time and the time when the accumulated amount is cleared;
(4) The setting operation of the instrument requires the double password of the supplier and the buyer to be correct.
3.3 Flow Computer The FC2000-1A series flow computer is used for flow calculation, data storage, supervision and management, and network communication. Timely, at any time, collect the history, real-time temperature, pressure, flow and other data of the next-level flow computer through the telephone line; print data records and various reports at regular intervals; graphical display of historical trends; various statistical functions.
4 Flowmeter installation detection point selection: Straight pipe section meets the requirements of the tube flowmeter, easy to install and maintain; the original pipeline installation power meter flowmeter, the data can be compared.
After several months, compared with the cumulative flow data of the same pipe measuring instrument (Williamometer), the difference is 1%, and the measuring tube flowmeter is stable and reliable.
5 Application effect (1) The system is suitable for the gas medium of large diameter pipe (DN1000~3000mm) under the condition of straight pipe, especially the flow detection of gas (coke oven, blast furnace, converter), the test tube and flow check The instrument is composed of an online comparison calibration system, which can perform on-line calibration of the flow plate, elbow and vortex on the line.
(2) The system has the advantages of wide measuring range, small pressure loss, continuous gas installation and maintenance, non-contamination, on-line cleaning, etc. It can be used for flow measurement of dirty, low-pressure and low-flow gas media, and solves the dirty gas. Blockage leads to a problem of reduced measurement accuracy.
(3) The flow rate computer is used to measure and calculate the mixing ratio of the gas flow before mixing, and the data communication network can adjust and control the user gas flow density after mixing to ensure the dynamic balance data of the mixed gas flow measurement system is more accurate.
(4) Remote transmission of measurement data through wireless communication network, which can monitor the operation of measuring instruments in a timely manner, provide effective supervision means for measurement management departments, reduce the occurrence of measurement objections, and promote energy saving and consumption reduction of enterprises.
