At present, Yue Yuexiang's theft of high-end car gangs has arrested 11 suspects, and Ma Zhi province's van theft gang has arrested 10 suspects. Except for one of the two gangs, who is from Hutong, East Gate of Jinshui District, the rest of the members are from Puyang.

The police determined that more than 90 stolen cars were related to these two groups.
