The mounting screw for the control box must inspect regularly to prevent screw been getting loose and falling off. Check the internal and external wirings. Check and change the oil for the redactor on regular basis.

Yihua successfully transformed PTA discharge material recovery device
On March 6th, the reporter learned from the Yihua PTA Production Center that the first batch of PTA wet materials collected from the hydrogenation reactor feed pump inlet filter was successfully implemented. recycle and re-use.
It is understood that this technical transformation project can not only recover the blocks and slurry discharged from No. 1 device, but also recover the PTA powder discharged under the abnormal production condition of No. 2 device, and can recycle PTA (as dry material) every year. 180 tons, with a direct economic benefit of about 1.2 million yuan. PTA Production Center Unit 1 Reactor Feed The booster pump inlet has two filters that filter the blocks from the oxidation unit. When the online filter has a high differential pressure before and after the process, the technician must switch the filter to an offline stage, and then flush the offline stage to discharge the washed slurry to the trench. Normally, the refining unit performs this operation twice on average every 24 hours. The oxidation unit heat treatment is performed every 15 to 20 days.
