The funds for the implementation of process control software come from the sales of carbon indicators under the clean development mechanism, and companies do not have to bear any economic burden. Enterprises only need to provide relevant information and related technical personnel to cooperate with the implementation of this work. Once the project is implemented in electrolytic aluminum enterprises, electrolytic aluminum companies will receive double benefits of environmental protection and economic benefits. After intense discussion and careful discussion, the participants agreed that the implementation of the project in the electrolytic aluminum industry will not only bring economic and energy-saving emission reduction benefits to electrolytic aluminum enterprises in Henan Province, but also help improve the company's reputation and competitiveness. . The effective period of the "Kyoto Protocol" is until 2012, which means that the current development of CDM in the electrolytic aluminum industry is a rare opportunity for the development of enterprises. PFC emission reduction has certain requirements on the scale and technical indicators of electrolytic aluminum enterprises, and it is difficult to implement for individual companies.
