1, tools

Stripping pliers, pencil (12V-24V), screwdriver (cross, word), insulating tape, utility knife, double-sided tape, tie, and some other scrap tools (depending on vehicle type).

2, install the circuit diagram

Carefully read the installation circuit diagram and installation instructions, and strictly follow the installation circuit diagram to ensure that the installation position of the in-vehicle system host, anti-theft host, antenna, and microphone head in the vehicle reaches the requirements for installation instructions. .

Second, the installation program

1. Confirm whether the original car has central locking before installation

If yes: determine what kind of trigger it is. When the anti-theft device is installed, it can be connected according to the “Central Control Lock Wiring Diagram” in “Installation Circuit Diagram”.

Note: If the judgment is indefinite, connect according to the positive and negative triggers in the “Central Control Lock Wiring Diagram” to ensure that the central control lock works normally.

If not: you need to add a central lock.

2, determine the installation location

Remove the lower decorative panel of the instrument panel, and determine the installation position of the host system, the security system, the antenna, and the microphone and other parts of the instrument panel (it must meet the distance requirements for the installation instructions). Pay attention to dust and water. To lay the foundation for distribution wiring.

3, check the line, wiring, line layout

Check the line: find the wiring required to install the circuit diagram

Distribution lines: When distributing lines, the conductors should be as concealed and beautiful as possible, and the distance between the contacts to the host must be reserved slightly longer.

Wiring: For each measured line, connect one under the premise of ensuring no error, to avoid mistakes.

Wiring requirements: The connectors are tightly connected to avoid false connection and wrapped with insulating tape. This process is the most important step in the entire installation process. If the connection is wrong, the anti-theft device can not be used, and the components in the car will be burned, which will cause the vehicle to fail to use normally and even cause a fire.

4, check the line method

The connection to the anti-theft device needs to detect the following lines in the vehicle: positive power, ACC, lock ON, turn signal, foot brake switch, door contact switch, and central lock signal.

Positive electricity:

Pull out the key, one end of the stylus is grounded, and the other end is tested on the lock wire. The light of the electric pen is always positive.

ACC line:

The key to the ACC lock head, with a stylus on the test lead wire, light pen light, after the key is turned off, the light is off, the root line is the ACC line.

Lock ON line:

Turn the lock key to the ON position, test with the electric pen on the lock wire, and the light of the electric pen lights up. Then start the engine and you will find that the light of the electric pen will be clearly off and then on again. Break this line off and the engine is off. This connection is ON.

Turn signal line:

Turn the key to ON and turn on one of the turn signal switches. Then use the electric pen to search on the wiring harness under the turn signal switch (there is a small number of models need to be found near the fuse box). If the light pen indicator light turns on and off with the turn signal turning on and off, this line is the turn signal line. Find another turn signal line.

Foot brake switch line:

This line is generally found at the contact switch above the foot brake. One is a normally-positive power, and the other is a foot-brake switch line after the foot brake is applied.

Door contact switch line:

The driver's door is opened and the other doors are closed. The electric pen clip terminates the positive electricity in the car and the other end tests the wiring harness of the door switch. Hold the door by hand and open it. With the opening and closing of the door contacts, the light of the electric pen and the lights in the car are on and off. This line is the door side contact line.

Central locking signal line:

One end of the electric pen is grounded, and the other end is tested for the wiring in the wiring harness (the wiring harness is generally near the door of the driver's seat), and the test is repeated. The four-door lock is turned on and off as the electric pen indicates the brightness and extinction. That is the signal line.

5, install the system host

After all the above wiring connections are completed, the final confirmation is made according to the installation wiring diagram. After the fault is correct, the system is connected to the negative power (ground wire). This line is best to find a pair of iron screws. All harnesses are finished. Connect the system host to the anti-theft host. Insert the prepared telephone card into the slot of the system host and turn on the power switch built into the SIM card.

6, test

First, use the mobile phone or the landline to set the phone of the system host according to the contents of the manual's phone: set the alarm phone, emergency call. Then perform the test and demonstrate all the functions once and confirm it is correct. Fix all system components in concealed parts of the car; restore the car interior parts that were removed. At the end, the whole machine is tested and the installation process is completed after it is correct. [2]
