How to apply bacterial insecticide in the shed

Do not use inferior chemicals In order to ensure the quality of the drugs used, they should be purchased from regular manufacturers and drug sales outlets to prevent the purchase of counterfeit and inferior drugs, and pay attention to the date of manufacture and age of the drugs.

Do not use at low temperatures The active ingredients of bacterial insecticides are protein crystals and living buds. Under low temperature conditions, spores are slow to propagate in pests, and protein crystals are not easy to function.

Do not use in a dry environment Bacterial spores in bacterial insecticides prefer a humid environment, so the greater the humidity, the higher the efficacy, especially the spraying of powdered biological pesticides should pay attention to the humidity inside the shed. It is usually sprayed when there is dew in the morning and evening, so that the microbial agent can adhere to the stems and leaves of the crop better, and promote spore reproduction and improve the efficacy. It is better to spray the vegetables half an hour before spraying or spraying in the foggy morning.

Do not use the ultraviolet rays in the sun to kill the spores under strong light conditions. If the light is strong, the ultraviolet rays will kill the bacteria. In addition, ultraviolet radiation can degrade the parasitic crystals. Therefore, spraying bacterial insecticide should be carried out on cloudy or weak light into the vegetable field. It is usually applied before 10 am or in the evening on a sunny day.

Do not spray with large water. Soon after spraying the bacteria insecticide, do not use large water spray, otherwise the bacterial insecticide will be washed away to reduce the efficacy. However, if it is sprayed after 5 hours of application, it will not reduce the control effect, and it can also be synergistic, because it is beneficial to the rapid propagation of bacterial spores.

Do not mix with fungicides. Do not mix with fungicides (carbendazim, methyl thiophanate, etc.) when applying bacterial insecticides. Otherwise, it will easily lead to a serious reduction in the number of bacteria in the drug, thus affecting the insecticidal effect. Therefore, even a sprayer that has been sprayed with a biocide should be rinsed to assemble a bacterial insecticide.
