The third point of view refers to the site of production operations, including whether the production layout and operation methods are reasonable, whether the hazardous operations are separated from the harmless operations, whether the workplace and the living area are separated, whether the workplace is occupied, and the occupational health protection facilities and labor of the hazardous job positions. Four questions refer to the laborers who asked at the production site. Five checks refer to the verification of relevant file information. Mainly review the occupational health management system and operating procedures, occupational health files and laborer custody files, view the occupational health education and training situation before and during the post, and check the occupational hazards application data and occupational disease risk factors monitoring, testing, status assessment data.
