Example: NU328EM / C3Z1 copper cage inner ring short cylindrical roller bearing without ribs. Group C3 clearance, Z1 group vibration value.
Three, three-phase asynchronous motor bearing clearance
(1) Original clearance: the clearance before the bearing is not installed.
(2) Installation clearance: clearance after bearing installation. Due to the interference fit relationship, the installation clearance is smaller than the original clearance.
(3) Working clearance: Under normal circumstances, the working clearance is always greater than the installation clearance. In order to obtain satisfactory working performance, the most important thing is to choose a suitable working clearance. The bearing runs close to the clearance-free state in the working state, and the effect is the best.
Four, three-phase asynchronous motor bearing clearance selection
Under normal circumstances, the motor should try to choose the common group clearance. One of the following three factors can not be satisfied, try to choose C3 clearance bearings.
(1) The tolerance of the bearing, shaft and bearing seat is very tight, and the interference is too large;
(2) The working temperature of the motor exceeds 60 degrees;
(3) The rotation speed exceeds 2/3 of the reference limit rotation speed of this type of bearing.
