Combined with the application case in a low-voltage power distribution system of a well-known textile enterprise in Jiangsu, the active filter device is described in the low-voltage power distribution system. introduction
With the increasing use of power electronic converters, electric energy has been more fully utilized. However, the wide application of nonlinear power device equipment produces a large number of distorted current harmonics. The flow of distorted current in the power grid leads to harmonic voltage; harmonic pollution increasingly threatens the safety, stability and economic operation of the power system. It has a significant impact on the linear load of the same network and other users. Harmonics have been combined with electromagnetic interference and power factor reduction as the three major public hazards of the power system. Therefore, understanding the principle of harmonic generation and studying the elimination of higher harmonics in power supply and distribution systems have a very positive significance for improving the quality of power supply and ensuring the safe and economic operation of power systems. Harmonic measurement is an important branch of the harmonic problem, and it has an important guiding role in suppressing harmonics and solving the problems caused by harmonics. Therefore, the measurement and analysis of harmonics is an important task in power system analysis and control, and it is an important prerequisite for relay protection and fault measurement.
1. Working principle The ANAPF series active power filter device is connected in parallel to the low-voltage power distribution system with harmonic load, which can track and compensate the dynamically changing harmonic current in real time. The principle is as follows: ANAPF series active power filter collects the harmonic current of the system through CT, and quickly calculates and extracts the content of each harmonic current through the controller, generates harmonic current command, generates harmonic current series through power execution device. The compensation currents are equal in opposite directions and injected into the power system to cancel the harmonic current generated by the nonlinear load.

Among the three installation methods of the active filter device, the wall-mounted and drawer-type are economical solutions of the vertical cabinet type, which greatly saves the cost for the user. A single module with a maximum capacity of 50A can be used alone. Multiple 50A modules can also be used to form a large current compensation device.
3. Scheme design In response to the harmonics of a well-known textile enterprise project in Jiangsu, the relevant technical personnel conducted detailed measurements on the outlet side of the 1# transformer with a capacity of 2500KVA. The main harmonic frequency is 5, 7 and 11 times is a typical 6n ± 1 harmonic.

According to the measured power quality analysis and specific measurement data, combined with the harmonic calculation formula (1) (2) (3), the harmonic current can be estimated.

Harmonic control considers that the harmonics should be cleaned. The harmonic filter should be larger than the actual current when selecting the harmonic filter. It is determined that the active filter devices of the 2# ANAPF200-380/BGL are concentrated in the outlet of the 1# transformer. Governance.
4. Product design
4.1 Electrical Design The ANAPF200-380/BGL active filter unit consists of four 50A drawer onboard modules. The main incoming line is equipped with a molded case circuit breaker. The principle is as follows:

6. Application case
6.1 Project Overview and Requirements A well-known textile enterprise in Jiangsu uses the load such as inverter to generate a large number of harmonics, which causes the capacitor of the capacitor cabinet to be damaged, thus reducing the actual power factor. Since the power factor does not meet the requirements of the national standard of 0.9, the power supply The department took economic penalties for the company, which seriously affected the normal operation of the company.
6.2 Harmonic control effect

The total distortion rate is 11.96%, the 5th harmonic current is 331.6 A, and the 7th harmonic current is 89.8A. In addition to this, there are 11 times, 12 current harmonics, and the other harmonics are negligible.

After inputting the active power filter, the waveform and harmonic content of the inverter power supply have changed. From Figure 3, it can be seen that the current waveform has become close to a sine wave. Figure 4 shows the total input current of the inverter. The distortion rate was reduced to 4.8%, the 5th harmonic current was changed from the original 331.6A to 92.2A, and the 7th harmonic current was changed from the original 89.8A to 13.8A. The other harmonics were also eliminated. The application of active power filters has brought new highlights to enterprises to eliminate grid pollution, save energy and reduce consumption.
7. Conclusion The active filter cabinet selected for this project is the latest modular design scheme, which is small in size, low in cost, convenient in installation, convenient for future maintenance and expansion; easy to use and easy to operate; active filter device saves user investment cost. The construction period has been shortened, and an efficient compensation device for the harmonic control project of the low-voltage distribution network has been provided, which has good application value and application prospect.
