In the current mechanisms for transmitting power and motion, the range of applications of the reducer is quite extensive. It can be seen in almost all types of mechanical transmission systems, from ships, cars, locomotives, heavy machinery for construction, processing equipment and automated production equipment used in the machinery industry, to everyday life. Home appliances, clocks, etc. Its application can be seen from the transmission of large power, to small loads, accurate angular transmission can be seen in the application of the reducer, and in industrial applications, the reducer has the function of deceleration and increased torque. Therefore, it is widely used in speed and torque conversion equipment. There are many types of motors used in reducers, and explosion-proof motors are also a common type. If the speed reducer is equipped with an explosion-proof motor, it is B5 vertical. If it is connected by a coupling, it is generally a horizontal motor. The following describes the various types of reducer models equipped with explosion-proof motors for overhaul.
1. Explosion-proof motor shall not be dismantled at will; when dismantling and repairing, the explosion-proof surface of the part shall not be used as the fulcrum of the crowbar, and it is not allowed to hit or impact the explosion-proof surface.
2. When disassembling the motor, first remove the hood and fan, then use the casing wrench to remove the bolts of the end cover and the bearing cover, and then use the log or copper rod to axially impact the shaft extension to separate the end cover from the base. Finally remove the rotor. Remove parts, the explosion-proof surface should be placed upside down, and covered with rubber or cloth pad, fastening bolts, spring pads, etc., do not lose.
3. When dipping paint and assembly, the insulating paint or dirt attached to the explosion-proof surface should be cleaned. Do not use hard objects such as iron sheets to scratch, but you can use oil stone to grind uneven places.
4. If the explosion-proof surface is damaged, lead-tin solder HISnPb58-2 must be used. The flux is 30% hydrochloric acid (for steel parts) or tin-zinc solder containing 58-60% tin. The flux is 30% ammonium chloride, chlorine. 70% zinc, 100~150% mixed solution (for cast iron parts) is welded, the combination of solder and parts should be firm, and the convex part should be smoothed to achieve the specified finish.
5. To prevent rust on the explosion-proof surface, apply oil or 204-1 displacement anti-rust oil on the explosion-proof surface.
